Cathy has over 10 years of experience working as a Civil and Environmental Engineer and Urban Planner working in consulting, local government, and research. Cathy has applied her multidisciplinary knowledge and skillset to a range of sustainable infrastructure projects including integrated water utility planning, disaster management, stormwater management strategies, and public space planning and design. In addition to experience in policy development and public engagement, Cathy’s proficiency in data analysis and computer modelling are highly regarded at Compass.
Cathy is a registered Professional Engineer with APEGBC, holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from McGill University, as well as a Master’s degree in Planning from the University of British Columbia.
