Glen Hearns is an Associate at Compass with over a decade of experience in resource management and decision making, conflict resolution and strategic planning. He has worked in over 20 countries around the globe.
Glen's work focuses on applying structured approaches to make strategic choices around resource use and policy, and has applied this to various sectors including water use planning, energy, local economic development, biology and conservation. He holds a PhD from the Institute of Resources, Environment and Sustainability of UBC, a Master of Science in Policy Planning from IHE Delft, and a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from the University of Waterloo.
