Will Cleveland is an Associate at Compass, originally hailing from the United States. He is an economist and financial analyst with experience in real estate development, hydroelectric power, and neighbourhood scale utilities. Recent projects include the EcoDistricts pilot project in Portland, Oregon, and business analysis for several neighbourhood energy utility (NEU) systems in British Columbia.
