And we have worked with virtually all stakeholders in the energy industry - from policy makers and regulators to utilities and communities. We have advised on energy-related policy, regulation, plans, technology assessment, infrastructure development, and business plans.   In recent years, Compass has become a leader in community energy planning and district energy systems.  We have developed plans, led feasibility studies and supported implementation of dozens of district energy systems in communities throughout the Canada and the U.S.  We have recently extended this experience to the assessment and development of other types of neighborhood-scale green infrastructure, including shared water, wastewater and electric systems.
